Email stocksaviour.support@gmail.com. This shared address supports the StockSaviour app family. Include the connected shop domain, the approximate time of the issue, and the screen where it occurred. Never send passwords, verification codes, customer information, bank details, or card numbers.

Before contacting us

Open ExpenseSaviour from the Apps section of Shopify Admin.
Check the source and confidence badges on the affected expense row.
Review the coverage panel. Missing values are intentionally not treated as zero.
Confirm the store currency, reporting month start, and optional budget in Settings.

What the result means

ExpenseSaviour provides an operational estimate from supported Shopify reporting data and the external expenses you record. It is not an audited accounting statement, tax return, or substitute for professional financial advice.
